NATCHITOCHES, LOUISIANA – On June 29, 2023, House Bill 1 (containing the appropriation for House Bill 282) was signed into law by Governor Edwards. Students who qualify for reduced price meals by household size and income levels in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program, will receive meals free of charge.

Students must continue to fill out an application to determine if they qualify for free or reduced status. Parents can fill out the application form at Applyforlunch.com/Apply Now.
