NPSB Back to School Registration

We are so excited to see our students back in the classroom in just 2 short weeks! Our schools have been hard at work this summer preparing for the school year and are ready to get our students registered. Please see the list below for your school's registration dates and information.


East Natchitoches Elementary

We are excited to announce  our registration information for the upcoming school year! All registration packets will be available Tuesday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 5th at our front entrance from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. daily. If you have any questions, please contact us at the school at (318) 352-4516.

Returning Eagles must bring:

  • Proof of residency
  • Picture ID of parent/guardian

New Eagles must bring:

  • Proof of residency
  • Picture ID of parent/guardian
  • Student's birth certificate and social security card
  • Immunization report
  • Student's last report card

Fairview Alpha Elementary

Registration packets are available outside in the front of the school. Registration packets can be picked up any day from July 29th through August 5th. A locked drop box is provided outside for parents to return completed packets.

New students will need to visit the front office to pick up a registration packet. The secretaries will need to make copies of all required documents for the new student.

Goldonna Elementary/Jr. High

Registration dates and times:

  • July 28-29 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • August 2-6 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • August 9-10 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

What to bring:

  • Child's social security card
  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • Proof of residency (water or electric bill, lease agreement, etc.)

L.P. Vaughn Elementary

Student registration packets will be available for pick up in the bus line area on Friday, July 30th at 8:00 am. Please bring the packet home, fill out ALL pages completely and leave the packet stapled. Completed packets can be returned between 8:30-2:30 on the following dates:

  • August 2nd - 2nd Grade
  • August 3rd - 1st Grade
  • August 4th - Kindergarten 
  • August 5th - PreK

Car tags will be given out when completed packets are returned and approved.

Marthaville Elementary/Jr. High

Registration packets are available at the school office. Blank packets are on a table at the entrance of the school. Parents please pick up a packet for each child enrolled at Marthaville Elementary/Jr. High. Completed packets should be returned to the drop-box outside of the office door by Wednesday, August 4th

M.R. Weaver Elementary

You may pick up packets beginning August 3rd from the tote located in the front of the school. You may also come to the school and use the outside space provided to complete the registration packet. If you are completing a packet at school, please adhere to the following schedule:

  • 3rd Grade Student Registration: Tuesday, August 3rd from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • 4th Grade Student Registration: Wednesday, August 4th from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • New to Parish, make-ups, late drop-offs: Thursday, August 5th from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Required Documents:

  • Government issued ID or Driver's License
  • Proof of Residency
  • Social security card
  • Birth certificate (only if you are new to the parish)

Natchitoches Magnet School

We will conduct registration at our 2021 Open House Event. Here are the details:

  • 1 adult per child (this person will do registration)
  • Masks are encouraged
  • Bring copies of the documents below for registration
  • If you can’t make copies to bring, bring originals to the office BEFORE 5:15 and Mrs. Wright will make copies and return them to you
  • Bring student’s supplies if you bought them

Returning students need to bring:

  1. Copy of Proof of residency: utility bill (electric, gas, water) from June or July of 2021, lease agreement or mortgage statement, voter registration card, or property tax notice)
  2. Copy of one parent or guardian’s ID

New Students need to bring:

  1. Copy of Proof of residency: utility bill (electric, gas, water) from June or July of 2021, lease agreement or mortgage statement, voter registration card, or property tax notice)
  2. Copy of one parent or guardian’s ID
  3. Copy of the child’s birth certificate

*PreK students must complete the registration packet, but they do not have to bring these copies because they have already submitted them via Schoolmint.

Open House Schedule

Provencal Elementary/Jr. High

Registration packets can be picked up starting July 28th at the front doors of the Elementary building. All students K-8th Grade are required to register for school. Parents can simply pick up a packet, take it home to complete it, and then return it to the school office by Friday, August 6th. Please make sure you complete ALL forms and provide ALL required documentation. Packet return times are:

  • Monday, August 2nd from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 4th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 5th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday, August 6th from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Natchitoches Junior High (NJH)

We are pleased to announce that our student registration will take place on Tuesday, August 3rd for incoming 7th Grade students and Wednesday, August 4th for 8th Grade students. If you are not able to attend on your assigned day, make ups/late drop offs will be collected on Thursday, August 5th.

Pre-registration packets will be available for pick up on Friday, July 30th at 8:30 am -12:00 pm.

Completed packets must be returned between 8:30 am - 2:30 pm on the following dates:

  • August 3rd - 7th Grade Registration
  • August 4th - 8th Grade Registration
  • August 5th - Make-ups/late drop off Registration

Registration will take place at Natchitoches Junior High - Frankie Ray Jackson School in the front of the school building.

Lakeview Jr. High/High School

Registration for the 2021 - 2022 school year will be held August 2 - 6 from 8am - noon each day. Please register according to your last name on your assigned day. All students must register for the new school year - whether returning or new.

  • August 2nd and 3rd - Last Names A - M
  • August 4th and 5th - Last Names N - Z
  • August 6th - Makeups

Please bring the following information with you when you register your student:

Natchitoches Central High School

We are excited to announce the following dates for registration at Natchitoches Central High School:

  • Seniors Only - Monday, August 2nd from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Juniors Only - Monday, August 2 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Sophomores Only - Thursday, August 5th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Freshmen Only - Friday, August 6th from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Out of an abundance of caution, we are asking that parents drop their students off near the Front Office area with their completed registration packets.  If a parent must attend, we ask that each student be accompanied by only one parent.

Registration packets should be picked up beginning Thursday afternoon, July 29th, at NCHS outside of the Front Office area.  Those packets should be completed at home before being turned in on the date assigned for that student’s grade level as outlined above.  Please do not bend or fold the packets. Please keep the packet stapled to ensure that all pages are kept together.

We will have a staggered start to school this year with our freshman beginning first.  Start dates for each grade level will be as follows:

  • Wednesday, August 11th - 9th Grade Only
  • Thursday, August 12th - 9th and 10th Grade Only
  • Friday, August 13th - All Grades

Natchitoches Parish Technology and Career Center (NPTCC)

Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will begin Tuesday, August 3rd through Thursday, August 5th. This is for all students attending NPTCC for the upcoming school year, even if your child was a student last year. It will be held at the school from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Registration packets must be picked up according to the first letter of your child's last name:

  • A - I registration - Tuesday, August 3rd
  • J - R registration - Wednesday, August 4th
  • S - Z registration - Thursday, August 5th
