On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, the Natchitoches Parish School Board voted to set the district up for success by approving the new salary schedule for NPSB which will be effective on July 1, 2022.
The salary schedule was updated by the Natchitoches Parish School Board on Thursday, June 16, 2022.
This new schedule will bring Natchitoches Parish Schools up to the market value of what teachers are being paid in surrounding parishes.
