Here at NPSB, we pride ourself on continuing our efforts to operate schools in the face of the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to maintain efforts to respond to challenges posed to effective instruction by the pandemic, and, in order to compensate our employees for the additional duties that have been and will be required of them as a result of the pandemic, we have created a Covid-19 Compensation for our employees.
On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, the Natchitoches Parish School Board members approved the payment of a one-time compensation to employees who are active as of February 28, 2022 during the 2021-2022 school year.
