NATCHITOCHES, LOUISIANA – Effective February 25, 2022, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that they will no longer require wearing of face coverings on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems.
Due to this change in guidelines by the CDC, Natchitoches Parish School Board officials have announced that face coverings and masks will be optional on all district buses and vehicles effective Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
NPSB will still strongly encourage masking and will continue to follow recommendations from the CDC and the Louisiana Department of Health.
