The Natchitoches Parish School Board combined its' Committee Meeting and Board Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 5pm.
At the meeting, the Natchitoches Parish School Board recognized a few groups of incredible students and their achievements!
The first group recognized at the meeting was the Student of the Year winners for the 2021-2022 school year. These students worked extremely hard this school year and were recognized with certificates to celebrate their success! Dr. Eloi presented each winner with a certificate to congratulate them on behalf of the Natchitoches Parish School District. The overall 2021-2022 Student of the Year winners were also presented with plaques.
The second group to be recognized at the meeting was the Lakeview High School Boys and Girls Basketball Teams. Lakeview Principal, William Hymes, was in attendance to congratulate these athletes on an amazing season! Dr. Eloi invited the coaches of each team to say a few words about their players.
