L.P. Vaughn is excited to welcome back our Cubs for the 2021-2022 school year! We would like to give parents some important information regarding registration and start dates.
Kindergarten Screening Dates are August 11th through August 13th. A teacher will call returning Cubs to set up a time, as these are scheduled screening times. New Cubs will receive their time after registration is completed.
Pre-K Screening Dates are August 12th, 13th and 17th. A teacher will call registered Cubs parents to set up a time, as these are scheduled screening times. New Cubs will receive their time after registration is completed.
If your child is a RETURNING Cub (any grade level), more details are coming for registration/updating student information. There is no need to come to school at this point.
If your child will be a NEW Cub (any grade level), please stop by the school between July 26-July 29th from 8am - 3pm to complete a registration packet. You will need to bring the student's birth certificate, social security card, shot records, parent ID, and proof of residency.
The school office will remain closed until Monday. Our secretaries will be available for additional help then.
