At the end of June, our school leadership teams traveled to Scottsdale for the 2024 NIET Summer Institute. They learned effective practices for elevating teaching and learning, and how to strengthen instructional leadership teams to support teacher and student success. Last week, we had the opportunity to visit with students in the 3D Digital Summer Field School as they showed us everything they've learned this summer! During the 2024 NCPTT/NSU 3D Digital Summer Field School, nine NPSB high school students spent two weeks in the Jackson Square neighborhood of Natchitoches learning to digitally record historic buildings. They have documented the Asbury United Methodist Church, Morgan Hotel, and the Texas and Pacific Railroad Depot. It was so exciting to hear the students' adventures learning their local history, flying drones, and making 3D digital models!! #NPSB #TogetherWeCan #PPoP

Due to a break in a water line on campus, the summer school site at Natchitoches Central High School will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, June 13th. Students assigned to NCHS’ summer school site will resume classes on Monday, June 17th. All other summer school sites will operate as normal tomorrow. #NPSB #TogetherWeCan #PPoP
