This prestigious recognition, announced by the Louisiana Department of Education in partnership with BESE, honors students who demonstrate excellence in academic achievement, leadership, citizenship, and service. Khloe was selected through a competitive regional review process that included students from public, charter, and nonpublic schools across the BESE region.
Khloe will now advance in the selection process, with the opportunity to be named a finalist later this school year and celebrated at a statewide awards ceremony.

Natchitoches Parish School Board is incredibly grateful for the generous support of our community partners who continue to invest in our students and families!
First United Methodist Church of Natchitoches recently made a generous donation to our Central Office uniform closet initiative, helping ensure students have access to the essential clothing they need. Earlier this school year, the Rho Beta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. also contributed to the closet, further expanding the resources available to families.
Closet organizer Ramona Wynder shared that these donations make it possible for the district to provide uniform items to students who need them most, reducing stress for economically vulnerable families and removing barriers that can impact attendance, confidence, and engagement in school.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to First United Methodist Church, the Rho Beta Omega Chapter of AKA, and all community members whose kindness and generosity make a meaningful difference for Natchitoches Parish students💙
